Maxim has expanded Pandora Jewelry Russia from 0 to 200+ stores and ~$80M EBITDA. In 2015 Maxim has moved to the US and since then has been working with fintech and retail startups, which included insuring an award-winning jewelry designer’s US market expansion.

Sabina helped guide the launch of Enter, an e-com businessdevelopment startup in Russia. Former head of product category at 585, one of Russia’s leading retail jewelry chains. Managed annual turnover of up to $120M.

Alex worked as co-founder and CBDO at an event agency in St. Petersburg for 4 years, raising annual turnover from zero to $0.5M. For 3 years managed his own creative marketing agency. For 2 years served as an executive director for a US-based jewelry brand with an annual turnover of $3M.

Creative director with 15+ years of experience in communications, advertisement, event, art scene, game design, and journalism. Fedor had served as a creative director for one of top-3 technological brands, multiple advertising agencies, tech startups, worked with numerous animation and post-production studios, curated art festivals, launched new products and created branding from scratch.
